Course Description
The ASMS virtual Advanced Closure Course provides detailed lecture and photographic material, combined with engaging video presentations of reconstruction techniques. The challenges of facial reconstruction and the multitude of closure options are discussed in detail, with ample time allowed for faculty Q & A. Important considerations include the basic anatomy of the head and neck, the optimal use of transposition flaps, and reconstruction techniques specific to eyelid, nose, lip, and cheek defects. This course is designed to help dermatologic surgeons take their closure techniques and decision-making confidence to the next level.
